The Piaggio Typhoon 125 is a compact scooter that can move with agility through the congested city streets. Once on board, the scooter rewards you with a comfy seat with a generous storage place underneath it, an ergonomically designed handlebar and spacious foot rests.
Power comes from a 124cc, single cylinder, 4-Stroke engine which puts out a maximum torque of 8.2 Nm at 7,500 rpm and delivers a maximum speed of 60 mph. The engine is fueled by a 1.8 gallons fuel tank and offers a fuel consumption of 90 mpg.
The scooter is built on a strong tubular steel frame and rides on a front hydraulic telescopic fork with straight stanchions and a rear hydraulic single shock absorber.
The Piaggio Typhoon 125 is offered with a base price of $2,699 and is available in Cult White and Graphite Black.
