Elliott Sadler to replace Vickers for final four NASCAR Sprint Cup races : Vickers sidelined with blood clot in leg

Michael Waltrip Racing on Thursday picked Elliott Sadler to close out the NASCAR Sprint Cup season in the No. 55 Toyota while Brian Vickers is sidelined treating a blood clot.
